Terre Blanche honours the gastronomy and talents of our region

It is with pleasure that Terre Blanche hosted the first “Meilleurs Ouvriers de France” gala dinner in the Var department, on Monday October 27th 2014.

 

The event, organized by the Société des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, Alpes-Maritimes, presided by Madame Nelly Aurouze (MOF 2011), has gathered 180 epicurean guests, including personalities from the region. Crème brûlée of foie gras with blueberries as an appetiser, scallops, sea bass, saddle of lamb, selection of cheeses and shortbread biscuit with Madagascan cocoa. Six delightful dishes have succeeded each other and were introduced by each Chef in live from the kitchens.

 

The opportunity to see the Chefs working, as well as the behind the scenes of this exceptional dinner. Presentations have taken place between the courses, including the art of slicing a roasted duck and cooking in flames, performed by the Maîtres d’hotel.
