Terre Blanche is delighted to announce the appointment of Philippe Jourdin as new Executive Chef, overseeing all the dining at 750-acre luxury resort situated in the heart of Provence including Le Faventia, Le Gaudina, Le Tousco Grill and Les Caroubiers. He will take up the position on February 23, 2015 when the hotel re-opens following the winter break.
Philippe Jourdin, who joins from Royal Palm Beach Marrakech, has worked in some of Europe’s most prestigious kitchens including Pigonnet Hotel in Aix en Provence, Relais Louis XIII and Tour d’Argent in Paris. He has decided to join the team of Terre Blanche, a resort he knows well as he was in charge of its kitchens between 2003 and 2010, where he got two Michelin stars and three toques by Gault Millau.
The Chef is also a recipient of the Meilleurs Ouvriers France, an award given to visionary talent within an array of industries in France, including gastronomy.
